Levi went above and beyond the call to take me back to my car. Although it was after work for him he took the extra effort to get me exactly where I needed to go. This customer service was greatly appreciated by me.

After reaming one of your staff on the follow-up survey for a communication problem we had the first time I brought my 2003 Audi A4 Sportwagon in for service earlier this year.
"Speeder" is a very courteous and good-natured, warm individual, very good at establishing rapport. The second time I came in, he carefully explained the cost and service to be provided, in advance, and as additional issues were identified over the course of the day of service. The next time I came in, he made special effort to diagnose and resolve a winter vibration problem I had discovered while driving at freeway speeds. Before he released the vehicle to me, he took me outside to demo the nature of the problem and when he was not satisfied with the result of the resolution, he personally made sure it was promptly addressed so I could be on my way. He explained how the problem develops and what I can do to avoid it in future. I am very satisfied with the manner and quality of service he routinely provides.
I requested some special assistance in understanding how to change head and brake lights myself, as I cannot often drop my vehicle off for the day. "Vincent" was assigned to assist me and took the time to carefully make sure I understood how to perform this small task, thus saving me the potential disaster of driving without a headlight in winter on my daily commutes to and from the valley over 100 miles each day. He was very personable and friendly, careful to explain and demonstrate exactly the process and the tools I would need.
These two gentlemen are exactly the sort of service people I would hope to find everywhere, and unfortunately that is not often the case. In a service area as large as Anchorage, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find the high quality of service and commitment to customer satisfaction that I have found at Morrison Auto Group.
